Haze health tips
1) Close all windows and doors to your bedroom. Boil a kettle (electric) of water in the room and allow the steam to fill the room. Allow 10-15 minutes for the fine water vapor (steam) to collect the pollutants particles in the air and settle down. After this the room should contain healthier air.
2) Usage of face and surgical masks are of no use if they are not regularly changed as they can act as a base for bacteria to grow and result in other infections. Only very close fitting masks that do not allow air to enter through the sides of the mask are effective.
3) Limit all outdoor activity as far as possible e.g avoid outdoor sport or physical activities.
4) Always wash / bathe as soon as you return from outdoors. This will minimize eye / skin irritation. For minor eye irritation try using over the counter eye drops e.g Eye Mo.
5) Use your car air-conditioner when traveling in the car.
6) Drink a lot of water. Honey is good also. It provides more moisture as compared to water.
7) Try using a humidifier if you are sleeping in an air-conditioned room. This will keep the air moisture.
8) Try using a damp hanky to cover your nose and mouth if you need to go outdoors and don't have a face mask.
9) Smokers are advised to quit smoking. (Have you, Ms.DaimlerChrysler?)
10) Those who suffer from diseases such as flu, bronchitis, asthma, conjunctivitis, heart diseases or chronic lung diseases should seek immediate treatment at the clinic or hospital if their condition worsens.

Good advices. Another one is... if you exercise (stubborn people who still thinks exercising will keep that slim) or sweat a lot, take isotonic drinks to replenish your body's salt and minerals.
Says TheStar - "Goodbye Haze, Welcome Rain" and I suppose, the weather is fine for all outdoors activities including "smoking" ;)
From what I can see, not many blogs talk about stuff like automobile center clean air act legal and that is sad. I think your blog is great that way.
